On Saturday December 1st you are invited join us for our last event of the 2018 year the JAG Holiday Gala Dinner.  We are back at our favorite holiday location, The El Rancho Inn, which is a fantastic facility with even better service. We’ve been able to keep the same room rates as last year, so we are all set for another great event. It has been tradition for the Club to subsidize the budget for this event from our Treasury for the best value of the year. You don’t want to miss this event, welcome the new 2019 Board of Directors, see slides from all the fantastic events, and enjoy delicious food, drink and dancing.

The entertainment is provided this year by The Gary Chupa Group, who has performed at our event for multiple years and are always entertaining. We continue the JAG tradition of bringing a new stuffed animal for the children of Ronald McDonald House, a very worthy charity. Al and Faith Hasting have volunteered to deliver the toys.

Our entrée choices this year are Roast Filet of Beef and Salmon which both include all of the goodies.  We will again have wine served with our meal and the evening will start with a no-host cocktail hour from 6 P.M. followed by dinner at 7 P.M. The cost for the evening will be $55.00 per person to be sent in by November 23. 

A block of rooms has been set aside at the BEST WESTERN PLUS El Rancho Inn in the name of “Jaguar Christmas Gala” for December 1, 2018. We have been provided group discounted rates of $99.00 for a single queen and $109.00 for a room with two queens or king bed.  All rates are subject to 12% occupancy tax and $1.50 nightly BID (business improvement district).  To ensure availability at the discounted rates, reserve prior to the cut-off date of November 15, 2018.

If needed, the hotel shuttle runs 24hrs on call to/from SFO.  On arrival at SFO, gather your luggage first and then go upstairs to “departure level” and follow the signage to “hotel shuttles” which will take you outside the terminal to the center island.  Call the hotel from the courtesy phone located there or call from your cell phone direct at 650 588 8500 and request your pick up.  For the return trip to SFO, you may arrange this with the front desk the night before your departure and the driver will pick you up in front of your guest room at the designated time.
